3月26日，由四川大学与尼泊尔特里布文大学共同主办的第二届“费瓦对话”在成都开幕。来自中国和南亚各国的政府官员、智库学者和高校研究人员齐聚一堂，以“气候变化与治理下的南亚发展”为主题，深入研讨区域经济一体化、绿色能源转型与可持续发展路径，为深化中国-南亚合作凝聚共识、贡献智慧。
On March 26, the second "Phewa Dialogue," co-hosted by Sichuan University and Nepal's Tribhuvan University, commenced in Chengdu. Government officials, think tank scholars, and university researchers from China and across South Asia gathered to engage in in-depth discussions under the theme "South Asian Development Under Climate Change and Governance." The dialogues focused on regional economic integration, green energy transition, and sustainable development pathways, aiming to build consensus and contribute wisdom to deepen China-South Asia cooperation.
本届对话设有三个核心议题：一是“合作应对挑战——推进南亚区域经济一体化”，二是“绿色赋能发展——清洁能源、新能源与新产业链”，三是“实现可持续发展——转变传统生活方式”。来自中国国际问题研究院、复旦大学、南开大学、清华大学、云南大学、山东大学、尼赫鲁大学、白沙瓦大学、孟加拉国政策对话中心、斯里兰卡可持续发展研究所、不丹廷布皇家学院、马尔代夫国立大学等机构的数十位专家，将围绕气候变化压力下的区域一体化、绿色技术革命、传统生活方式转型等议题展开深入研讨。
The Dialogue features three core themes: first, "Cooperating to Meet Challenges – Advancing Regional Economic Integration in South Asia"; second, "Green Empowerment for Development – Clean Energy, New Energy, and New Industrial Chains"; and third, "Achieving Sustainable Development – Transforming Traditional Lifestyles." Dozens of experts from institutions such as the China Institute of International Studies, Fudan University, Nankai University, Tsinghua University, Yunnan University, Shandong University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, the University of Peshawar, the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) in Bangladesh, the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka (IPS), the Royal University of Bhutan in Thimphu, and Maldives National University will conduct in-depth discussions on topics including regional integration under climate change pressure, the green technological revolution, and the transformation of traditional lifestyles.
四川大学中国南亚研究中心首席专家邱永辉教授表示：“在全球气候治理进入关键阶段的背景下，本届对话旨在搭建跨国跨学科平台，助力南亚构建更具韧性的发展体系，为构建中国-南亚命运共同体提供智力支持。”特里布文大学副校长卡德加教授强调，此次对话是中尼高等教育与智库合作的重要成果，将进一步巩固两国传统友谊。
Professor Qiu Yonghui, Chief Expert at the China Center for South Asian Studies at Sichuan University, stated, "As global climate governance enters a critical phase, this Dialogue aims to establish a cross-national, interdisciplinary platform that helps build a more resilient development system for South Asia, providing intellectual support for constructing a China-South Asia community with a shared future". Professor Khadga, Rector of Tribhuvan University, emphasized that this Dialogue represents a significant achievement in Sino-Nepalese higher education and think tank cooperation, and will further solidify the traditional friendship between the two countries.
