8月29日，四川国际传播中心“灵感中国”全球拍客中亚首个拍客站在吉尔吉斯斯坦鲁班工坊揭牌。依托鲁班工坊这一平台，拍客站将打造面向中吉青年的创作社区与人文交流平台，深入挖掘四川与中亚共同的文化记忆，探寻双方在经贸、文化等领域的合作机遇，以更鲜活的叙事方式增进彼此理解。
On August 29, the Sichuan International Communication Center’s "Inspiration" global photographer program launched its first Central Asia creator hub at the Luban Workshop in Kyrgyzstan. Leveraging the Luban Workshop platform, the Creator Hub will build a creative community and cultural exchange platform for young people from China and Kyrgyzstan. It will deeply explore the shared cultural memories between Sichuan and Central Asia, seek cooperation opportunities in areas such as trade and culture, and enhance mutual understanding through more vibrant storytelling.
自2016年首个鲁班工坊揭牌启运，截至目前，中国已在亚、非、欧30个国家建成了34个鲁班工坊，覆盖非洲、中亚、上合组织、东盟等重要区域和多边机制。
吉尔吉斯斯坦鲁班工坊由浙江水利水电学院与吉尔吉斯斯坦国立技术大学等单位联合建设，该工坊自投入运行以来，仅半年多时间，就已有 4000 多名当地学生在浙江水利水电学院的统筹与指导下，接受了系统、专业的技术培训，为当地储备技术人才奠定了坚实基础。“中国的技术帮助到了吉尔吉斯斯坦的学生。这之间的好故事会让人们更好地了解中国，也了解吉尔吉斯斯坦。”吉尔吉斯斯坦国立技术大学校长米尔兰・奇内巴耶夫表示，非常期待通过“灵感中国”吉尔吉斯斯坦拍客站促进两国民众的交流。
The Luban Workshop in Kyrgyzstan, jointly established by the Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power and Kyrgyz State Technical University, has been in operation for more than half a year. Over 4,000 students have received technical training at the workshop. "Chinese technology has helped Kyrgyzstan's students. These positive stories will help people better understand China and Kyrgyzstan," said Mirlan Chynybaev, rector of Kyrgyz State Technical University. He is looking forward to promoting exchanges between the people of the two countries through the "Inspiration" Global Creator Hub.
作为中亚地区首站，拍客站依托吉尔吉斯斯坦鲁班工坊的在地化优势，重点聚焦两方面工作：一是内容创作与传播。通过发起内容共创计划，结合稿酬激励、达人孵化等形式，鼓励中吉青年以个体视角讲述民心相通的真实故事，特别是聚焦鲁班工坊这一职业教育国际合作平台，生动展现中国职业教育“走出去”的实践与成效，让海外受众更直观地了解中国技术技能人才培养模式和国际合作经验。同时依托四川国际传播中心的全球媒体矩阵，推动优质作品传播；二是人员交流与协作。推动中吉拍客建立结对合作机制，借助线上交流、联合拍摄和实地互访等形式，深化青年群体之间的互动与协作，在共同创作过程中增进友谊、凝聚共识，夯实两国人文纽带。
“在这里，我既能学到先进的技术又能在浙江水利水电学院老师的帮助下学到中文，很期待能用中文来记录我们的故事。”来自吉尔吉斯斯坦国立技术大学大地测量测绘专业的大四学生拜伊姆库洛娃·阿尔米拉，难掩兴奋与激动。她表示，毕业之后准备加入中吉乌铁路的建设，“到时候就有更多故事了，希望能够记录下来。”
"I can learn advanced technology here and also study Chinese. I’m really excited to record our stories in Chinese," said Bayimkulova Almira, a senior student majoring in geodesy and surveying at Kyrgyzstan State Technical University, her excitement evident. She plans to join the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway after graduation. "There will be more stories to tell, and I hope I can record them," she added.
朱马诺夫·迪尔哈姆贝克·贾尔金贝科维奇继是电器保护和电力系统自动化专业的学生。这个专业在吉尔吉斯斯坦很热门，但他目光投向更远的地方。“毕业之后我希望能够到中国继续深造学习，”此外朱马诺夫还有别的期待，“当然！我也想去四川看看大熊猫，体验中国文化，一定会很有意思。”
Zhumatov Dirkhambeck Jarkynbekovich is a student majoring in electrical protection and power system automation, a popular field in Kyrgyzstan. However, his eyes are set on a bigger goal. "After graduation, I hope to continue my studies in China," he said. In addition, Zhumatov has other expectations, "Of course! I also want to visit Sichuan to see the giant pandas, experience Chinese culture, and it will definitely be a lot of fun."
据悉，“灵感中国”全球拍客计划目前已吸引来自美国、法国、巴西、西班牙等30多个国家和地区的260余位创作者参与。值得一提的是，“灵感中国”全球拍客除中亚首个拍客站落地吉尔吉斯斯坦外，还与全球第一所签约孔子学院塔什干孔子学院，就共建全球拍客站达成合作意向，双方将从中亚民间交流中挖掘更多鲜活内容，助力讲好中国故事。
