“2025四川省外国留学生短视频征集大赛”收稿已正式结束。自11月21日“万千气象 天府邂逅”启动以来，主办方共收到400余个视频作品，近500位留学生用镜头记录四川、讲述在川故事。感谢各高校的协力推进，也感谢每一位用镜头记录四川、认真完成作品的同学。
Submissions for the “2025 Sichuan International Students Short Video Competition” have officially concluded. Since the launch of the “Capture Your Moments in Sichuan” competition on November 21, the organizer has received more than 400 videos from nearly 500 international students who have captured their moments in Sichuan and shared these stories. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all the universities for their active coordination, and to every student who passionately took part in this event and submitted their heartfelt works.

围绕“感知四川”“学在四川”“AI新展望”三大赛道，大赛涌现出大量优质作品：四川大学的留学生AYMANE EZ-ZNAYDY将自身形象融入 AI 创作，开启一场穿越四川过去、现在与未来的时空之旅；四川师范大学的留学生KORLEY ALEXANDER MARMAH记录了自己走进三花川剧院、沉浸式体验川剧的全过程；成都大学的留学生李泽洋则用镜头分享了自己在校园里一天的学习生活……
Centered around the three major categories of “Discovering Sichuan,” “Studying in Sichuan,” and “AI-Powered Outlook on Sichuan”, the competition has bred a large number of outstanding works. AYMANE EZ-ZNAYDY, an international student from Sichuan University, incorporated his own image into AI-generated creations, unlocking a journey through Sichuan’s past, present, and future; KORLEY ALEXANDER MARMAH, an international student from Sichuan Normal University, documented his immersive experience with Sichuan Opera at Sanhua Sichuan Opera Troupe; and Li Zeyang, an international student from Chengdu University, shared with us a day of his campus life and studies...

目前，大赛已进入评选阶段，并在“川观新闻”APP 首页推出专题展播与投票。评审将从主题契合度、内容创意、影像表达及传播潜力等方面，对参赛作品进行综合评估。投票结束后将正式启动评奖程序，获奖名单将统一公布。相关内容将依托四川国际传播中心海外社交平台账号矩阵（涵盖 Instagram、X、YouTube、Facebook 等）及 Kwai（快手国际版），面向全球推送。
The competition has proceeded to the evaluation stage, with a special showcase and voting column launched on the homepage of the “Chuanguan News” app. The judges will comprehensively review the entries based on their relevance to the theme, creativity, visual expression, and communication potential. After voting concludes, the prize awarding process will officially begin. The list of winners will be published uniformly. Related content will be posted globally through the overseas social media account network of the Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) (covering Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) as well as Kwai (the international version of Kuaishou).

获奖的留学生将有机会签约成为“灵感中国”拍客，接受专业短视频创作培训；表现突出的组织高校将与四川国际传播中心共建融媒实习基地，共同培育国际传播人才。
Winners will have the opportunity to sign on as a creator for “Inspiration”, receiving professional training in short-video creation. Universities whose organizational efforts proved particularly outstanding will also be able to co-establish a converged media internship base with the SICC to jointly cultivate international communication talents.
