跟着留学生耍泸州，一起走进“酒城寻味”本草进化之旅——在西南医科大学附属中医医院养生中心来一杯药食同源的新中式茶饮，在合江忠孝佛手文旅融合试验园识百草、闻药香，亲手制作一杯清爽的“暴打佛手饮”；去张坝桂圆林，在缀满桂圆的树荫下悠然漫步，于“揽桂楼”中细品本草茶饮与糕点；到尧坝古镇，踏着青石板路，穿行川南民居，再来一份中式甜品和滋补药膳，旅游养生两不误！
Join the international student to explore Luzhou and embark on the “Tasting the Flavors of the Wine City” herbal journey: First, set off for the Health Preservation Center at the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University and warm your body with new Chinese-style tea drinks developed based on the homology of medicine and food. Then, head to the Finger Citron Fruit Cultural Tourism Integration Pilot Park in Zhongxiao Village, Hejiang County to learn about traditional herbs, inhale their aromatic scents, and make your own refreshing “Smashed Fingered Citron Fruit Juice”. Next, visit the Zhangba Longan Forest to stroll beneath trees laden with fresh longan fruit. Unwind at Langui Pavilion, where you can enjoy herbal teas and pastries. The trip concludes in Yaoba Ancient Town, where stone paths and traditional southern Sichuan homes guide your wanderings. Above all, treat yourself to delightful Chinese desserts and nourishing herbal dishes, perfectly blending travel and wellness!

The series of Sichuan’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Tourism is a bilingual program presented by the Sichuan Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is targeted at overseas audiences. This program is designed to showcase Sichuan’s rich natural and ecological resources and profound TCM heritage through interactions and immersive experiences. The “New Chinese-style Health Preservation” and “Seeking Wisdom on Mount Qingcheng” episodes from Season 1 leave audiences looking forward to more. Now, Season 2 of Sichuan’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Tourism Routes Series makes a strong return with even more highlights to offer!
