4月8日，中国外交部发言人宣布：应国务院总理李强邀请，西班牙首相桑切斯将于4月11日至15日对中国进行正式访问。这将是桑切斯4年内第4次访华。四川国际传播中心特邀西班牙汉学家、格拉纳达大学翻译和口译学院教授高伯译（Gabriel García-Noblejas）分析此次访问对巩固双边关系、特别是深化教育与人文纽带的重要意义与期待。正文如下：

据报道，西班牙首相佩德罗·桑切斯将于2026年4月11日至15日对中国进行正式访问。这将是他在4年内的第4次访华，向中国乃至世界传递了一个清晰而有力的信号：对西班牙而言，中国是值得信赖的朋友与优先的战略伙伴，代表着稳定、公平、发展与机遇。

According to a report, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez will pay an official visit to China from April 11 to 15. This will be his 4th visit to China in 4 years, sending a clear and powerful signal to China and the world: China is a trustworthy friend and a preferred strategic partner of Spain, representing stability, fairness, development, and opportunities.

我的人生轨迹与中西友谊紧密相连。1993年8月25日，我首次踏上中国的土地，受益于两国政府设立的大学交流奖学金，前往北京学习语言与文化。这段经历彻底改变了我的人生。自此，作为大学教师和翻译，我三十年的工作始终致力于增进西班牙语世界对中国的了解。我已将三十余部中国古典著作，包括儒家经典、《山海经》《道德经》《孙子兵法》等，译介成我挚爱的西班牙语。我的学生中，超过150人曾赴华学习；数以千计的读者得以通过我的译作接触中华智慧。这一切的起点，正是20世纪90年代那场改变命运的教育交流。它证明，国与国之间的和平与发展，始于人与人的相遇、理解与友谊。

My life has been closely intertwined by China-Spain relations. On August 25, 1993, I paid my first visit to China. Thanks to a university exchange scholarship established by the governments of both countries, I was able to study language and culture in Beijing. This experience completely changed my life. For 30 years, my work as a university professor and translator has been dedicated to enhancing the understanding of China in the Spanish-speaking world. I have translated and introduced more than 30 Chinese classics into Spanish, my beloved language, including Confucian classics, “Classic of Mountains and Seas”, “Dao De Jing”, “The Art of War”, and many others. Over 150 of my students have studied in China, and thousands of readers have gotten a glimpse into Chinese wisdom through my translations. All of this began with that life-changing educational exchange in the 1990s. It proves that peace and development between nations begin with encounters, understanding, and friendship between people.

今天，中西关系正处于历史最好时期，高层交往密切，政治互信持续巩固。桑切斯首相此次访华，正值一个复杂多变、充满挑战的国际环境。中国意味着稳定性与确定性，是维护世界和平与发展的重要力量。此次访问有望在多个关键领域进一步巩固双边合作。

Today, China-Spain relations are in their prime, with high-level exchanges and political trust steadily growing. Prime Minister Sánchez’s upcoming visit to China comes at a juncture when the international landscape is highly complex, volatile, and fraught with challenges. Representing stability and certainty, China acts as a pivotal force in upholding world peace and development. Therefore, this visit is expected to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in multiple key fields.

首先，在经贸与战略合作方面，双方在贸易平衡、清洁能源、新能源汽车、数字经济、全球治理等领域拥有巨大潜力。西班牙可以在欧盟内部发挥建设性作用，促进基于相互尊重和全面认知的欧中关系。同时，西班牙凭借其语言文化纽带，能够在拉丁美洲充当促进理解中国的桥梁。

In terms of economic, trade, and strategic cooperation, both China and Spain boast enormous potential in balanced trade, clean energy, new energy vehicles, the digital economy, global governance, and other fields. Spain can play a constructive role within the European Union to foster EU-China relations based on mutual respect and a comprehensive understanding. Meanwhile, leveraging its linguistic and cultural bonds, Spain is capable of serving as a bridge to promote the understanding of China in Latin America.

其次，我认为此次访问有利于持续深化教育与人文交流。国之交在于民相亲，而教育是民心相通的根基。自1987年格拉纳达大学翻译学院开设西班牙第一门中文课程以来，两国教育合作不断深化。格拉纳达大学、马德里自治大学以及巴塞罗那的相关高校陆续开设了更多中国研究课程，并逐步建立了完整的学位项目。目前，西班牙有超过6万名学生学习中文，中国百余所高校开设西班牙语专业，双方已合作建立多所孔子学院和塞万提斯学院。

From my perspective, it’s crucial to continuously deepen educational and people-to-people exchanges. The foundation of friendly relations between nations lies in the closeness of their peoples, while education stands as the cornerstone of developing mutual understanding. Since the Department of Translation and Interpreting at the University of Granada offered Spain’s first Chinese language course in 1987, educational cooperation between the two countries has continued to deepen. The University of Granada, the Autonomous University of Madrid, and relevant higher education institutions in Barcelona have successively introduced more courses on Chinese studies and gradually established comprehensive degree programs. At present, there are over 60,000 students studying Chinese in Spain, while more than 100 higher education institutions in China offer Spanish language programs. Furthermore, the two sides have cooperated to establish multiple Confucius Institutes and Cervantes Institutes.

然而，相对于两国关系的战略重要性，西班牙高校系统的中国研究仍显不足，开设相关专业的高校不足十所，哲学等领域对中国思想的系统性介绍依然欠缺。因此，我们期待桑切斯首相此访能推动达成新的、覆盖基础教育到高等教育的全面教育合作协议，并激励西班牙学术界加强对中国文化的全面深入研究，包括其哲学、历史、文学、艺术与当代发展等方面。

Nevertheless, given the strategic importance of bilateral relations, systematic Chinese studies by Spanish higher education institutions remain underdeveloped, with fewer than 10 higher education institutions offering relevant programs. In fields, such as philosophy, there remains a shortage of systematic introductions to Chinese thought. Considering this, we hope that Prime Minister Sánchez’s visit will facilitate the conclusion of new, comprehensive educational cooperation agreements covering all levels from primary to higher education and inspire Spanish academia to strengthen its comprehensive and in-depth research on Chinese culture, including its philosophy, history, literature, arts, and contemporary developments.

除了教育，文化艺术作为直达心灵的通用语言，其交流也应得到加强。希望未来能够拓展艺术展览、影视合作、体育等方面的交流，让友谊更加生动可感。

On top of education, cultural and artistic exchanges, as a universal language that can resonate with human spirit, should also be strengthened. We are looking forward to expanding our exchanges in areas, such as art exhibitions, film and television cooperation, and sports, so as to make our friendship more vibrant and tangible.

从历史的长河看，古老的丝绸之路曾将我们相连。今天，共建“一带一路”倡议继续为文明互鉴搭建平台。桑切斯首相本次访华，将不仅是对过去友好成果的回顾，也有望成为双方面向未来、探讨共同应对全球挑战的一次重要契机。

Historically, the ancient Silk Road once connected us. Today, the Belt and Road Initiative takes on the mission of serving as a platform for mutual learning among civilizations. Prime Minister Sánchez’s upcoming this visit to China, will, not only serve as a review of our past friendship achievements but also present an important opportunity for both countries to focus on the future and explore how to jointly tackle global challenges.
