获奖的留学生将有机会签约成为“灵感中国”拍客，接受专业短视频创作培训；表现突出的组织高校将与四川国际传播中心共建融媒实习基地，共同培育国际传播人才。
Winners will have the opportunity to sign on as a creator for “Inspiration”, receiving professional training in short-video creation. Universities whose organizational efforts proved particularly outstanding will also be able to co-establish a converged media internship base with the SICC to jointly cultivate international communication talents.
2025四川省外国留学生短视频征集大赛于2025年11月21日启动，由四川省广播电视局、四川省教育厅指导，四川国际传播中心主办，面向全省60多所高校、近1.4万名来华留学生发起征集。
The 2025 Sichuan International Students Short Video Competition launched on November 21, 2025. Guided by the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television and Department of Education, the competition was hosted by the Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC), targeting nearly 14,000 international students studying in over 60 universities across Sichuan.
“万千气象 天府邂逅” 2025 四川省外国留学生短视频征集大赛启动
活动引发海内外广泛关注，传播反响热烈。大赛同步开设#四川外国留学生短视频大赛# 微博话题，总阅读量超1.6亿，登上同城热搜，联动多家省级官方媒体、高校及本地头部账号矩阵传播，活动视频及头条文章总阅读量超百万，传播效果突出。大赛共征集原创短视频作品412个，网络投票超25万票，掀起跨文化传播热潮。
The event attracted widespread attention both domestically and internationally, sparkling enthusiastic responses. Simultaneously, the competition launched the Weibo topic #SichuanInternationalStudentsShortVideoCompetiiton, which garnered over 160 million views and hit the local trending list. In addition, it partnered with multiple provincial government, university, and local top account networks for dissemination. By doing do, submitted videos and headline articles collectively achieved over one million views, demonstrating outstanding outreach. Remarkably, the competition received a total of 412 original short video submissions while collecting over 250,000 votes online, giving rise to a craze of cross-cultural communication.

Authoritative and professional, the judging panel for the competition conducted comprehensive evaluations across varied dimensions including theme, creativity, production, and dissemination, so as to ensure fairness and impartiality. Moreover, the jury consisted of representatives from relevant authorities, mainstream media outlets, and internet platforms, along with film and television industry experts and international influencers, rigorously vetting the quality of all entries.

An array of outstanding works blending intellectual depth, artistic merit, and communication power managed to stand out. From their first-person perspectives, international students showcased the hustle and bustle of Bashu, campus life, and technological visions, allowing Sichuan to reach the world through their lenses. Notably, the winning entries will be promoted globally via platforms including the SICC’s overseas network and Kwai.
