平均年龄65岁、最大年龄77岁，今年年初，位于成都苏坡街道清波路388号的养老俱乐部——佰岁里·悦己快乐生活研习社，正式组建起“BSG”老年电竞战队，并对外招募了7名队员。With an average age of 65 and the oldest member being 77, a senior esports team named “BSG” was officially formed earlier this year at a senior club “Baisuili · Joyful Living Academy, in Chengdu. The team recruited seven members through a public call.这群“人老心不老”的电竞队员，还有更大的目标——通过系统训练后，争取早日站上全国甚至全世界的电竞比赛舞台，与全球的老年甚至年轻电竞选手同台竞技、切磋交流。They aim to compete on national and even international esports stages in the future, engaging in friendly competition and exchanges with senior and even younger players from around the world.
77岁电竞选手：“我倒要看看电子游戏究竟有何魅力”
77岁的队员刘淑华本是东北人，在四川生活了大半辈子。谈及自己接触电子游戏的原因，刘淑华说，主要还是出于好奇。“我倒要看看，电子游戏究竟有何魅力，能够让这么多人着迷。”Liu Shuhua, 77, born in Northeast China and lives in Sichuan, explained her interest in video games was sparked by curiosity. “I wanted to see for myself what makes video games so attractive that so many young people are hooked on them.”
刘淑华很快找到了答案。“玩游戏很放松，能够让人暂时忘掉琐事沉浸其中”“电子游戏讲究配合，一定程度上也能培养团队意识”……经过两三个月的短暂接触，刘淑华发现，电子游戏其实并非洪水猛兽，适度娱乐也能够有益身心。She quickly found the answer. “Playing games is very relaxing — it allows one to temporarily forget worries. Video games emphasize teamwork, which helps foster a team spirit to some degree.” After just two to three months of trying it out, Liu realized that video games are not the harmful distractions many believe them to be — moderate play can actually benefit one’s mental and physical well-being.在闲暇时间里，她也会时不时浏览相关游戏视频，搜索游戏知识。“但我会把握好玩游戏的度，只会把游戏作为一种娱乐放松，不会沉迷其中。”In her spare time, she also browses gaming videos and searches for game-related knowledge. “But I make sure to keep it in moderation. 一局游戏结束，年轻的教练团队开始了对上一局游戏复盘。而这些头发花白的队员们则端坐一旁，认真上课，生怕错过任何要点。After each match, the young coaching staff reviews the previous game. Meanwhile, the gray-haired team members sit attentively, carefully taking notes, afraid of missing any key points.BSG虽是老年电竞战队，但并非“草台班子”，而是有专业教练团队和管理章程。此前，佰岁里便跟四川电影电视学院开展校企合作，邀请学校电子竞技运动与管理专业的老师及学生组成教练团队，为队员们提供专业的电竞指导。Though BSG is a senior esports team, it is far from amateur — it boasts a professional coaching team and established management protocols. Baisuili has partnered with Sichuan Film and Television College in a school-enterprise collaboration, inviting faculty and students from the college’s Esports and Management program to form a coaching team and provide professional guidance to the players.大二学生马梓钊，今年刚满20岁。教这样一群特殊的“学生”，他坦言，这是一种很新奇的人生体验。“他们都上了年纪，理解能力有时跟不上，因此我们要更有耐心，用更通俗的语言逐渐帮他们加深对游戏的理解”。Ma Zizhao, a sophomore who just turned 20 this year, says that teaching such a special group of “students” has been a unique life experience. “They’re older, and sometimes their understanding takes longer, so we have to be more patient and explain things in simpler, more relatable terms to gradually deepen their grasp of the games.”“哎呀，菜就多练嘛。”作为银龄群体，记忆力、反应速度都比不过年轻人。如何弥补其中的差距？在68岁的队员方华看来，自己有时间，也有精力来练习。方华希望，自己能做一个“老有意思”的人，努力赶上年轻人的时髦。“Well, if you're not good, just practice more.” For the silver generation, memory and reflexes aren’t as sharp as the young. How can they bridge that gap? For 68-year-old team member Fang Hua, the answer lies in time and energy — which he has plenty of for practice. “在人们印象中，养老无非是买菜带娃、钓鱼遛狗，但我觉得养老其实有更多选择。”BSG战队创办人，四川佰岁里养老服务有限公司总经理杜放说，希望让社会大众知道，“银龄玩家”不仅能够跟上时代发展的步伐，还能够在数字世界中找到乐趣。“此外，我们还为银龄群体提供马术、桌游、摇滚等多种新奇人生体验。”“In many people’s minds, retirement just means grocery shopping, babysitting, fishing, or walking the dog. But I believe retirement can be much more,” said Du Fang, founder of the BSG team and general manager of Sichuan Baishuili Elderly Services Co., Ltd. “We want the public to know that ‘silver-age gamers’ can not only keep pace with modern developments but also find joy in the digital world. Besides esports, we also offer horseback riding, board games, rock music, and other novel life experiences for the elderly.”杜放透露，当前正在筹备国内第一届“银龄电竞杯”，组织全国各地的老年电竞爱好者来一场友谊赛。此外，BSG战队还有望在明年前往日本，跟当地的老年电竞战队开展切磋交流、互动学习。Du also revealed that they are currently preparing for the first “Silver Age Esports Cup” in China, organizing a friendly tournament for elderly esports enthusiasts from across the country. Additionally, the BSG team is expected to travel to Japan by next year to engage in friendly matches, exchange ideas, and learn from local senior esports teams.
