2月19日上午，攀枝花市米易县草场镇龙华村枇杷林里，我们能听见细微的喷水声。曾经一度因为缺水制约产业发展的龙华村，如今不仅摆脱了用水难题，还有了一套行之有效的用水制度。
据了解，龙华村里的生产用水来自晃桥水库，引到山上的蓄水池后，再通过管道流进枇杷地里。大大小小不同口径的水管构成一张供水网，为枇杷种植“输血”。近年来，攀枝花大力推进农业高效节水工作，发展喷灌、微灌等高效农业节水灌溉技术，启动高效节水灌溉项目、现代农业重点县建设项目、田间工程建设项目等，为春耕保驾护航。
