即日起至4月底，面向全社会征集百部优秀的短视频、网络剧等网络视听作品和选题，通过赋能不同人群、不同行业、不同领域，全方位、广角度、大声量地向国际国内展示美丽、飞扬、蓬勃、向上的四川。12月30日在成都举行的“时代光影 百部川扬”网络视听作品征集传播活动情况通报会，发布了上述重要信息。

The event will hold from now on and end in late April. The event will choose 100 outstanding short video clips, streaming series as well as other audio-visual works, produced by different people, different industries, and different fields in the society, to present a beautiful, vibrant, and positive Sichuan image on the international and domestic stage from a perspective with all-round and wide angle. On December 30, the briefing of “Years of Lights and Shadows : Sichuan In Camera Lens” online audio-visual works is held in Chengdu and all the information above-mentioned.

目前，各平台作品征集渠道正陆续开通！值得一提的是，“他山之石”主题赛道将由四川国际传播中心负责征集，面向省外、境外创作者征集四川题材的优质网络视听作品。

At present, the call for entries is available on all platforms! It is worth mentioning that the unit of "Stones of Other Mountains " will be under the full responsibility of the Sichuan International Communication Center (SICC) , and open to creators from other provinces and abroad with excellent works.

作为全省重大文化项目，“时代光影 百部川扬”网络视听作品征集传播活动由中国网络视听节目服务协会指导，中共四川省委宣传部、四川省互联网信息办公室、四川省广播电视局主办、活动分为作品征集、选题征集、延伸活动等三大板块。

As one of the most important culture event of Sichuan province,“Years of Lights and Shadows: Sichuan In Camera Lens ”online audiovisual works collection and dissemination activity is sponsored by the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, the Cyberspace Affairs of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and  Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Radio and Television.The activity contains the collection of works, the collection of selected topics and extended activities.

本次活动作品征集共设置十大主题：

In terms of entries, ten themes are set:

1、“乡村之美”展现四川乡村振兴新成就、新风貌；

2、“城市之光”展现四川城市建设日新月异；

3、“文旅之乐”展现四川独特的人文资源、自然景观、风土人情等；

4、“美食之都”展现四川美食的丰富与多元；

5、“数字之力”展现推动互联网、大数据、人工智能和实体经济深度融合发展；

6、“国际之范”展现四川的开放、包容、文明、现代；

7、“动力之源”展现成渝地区双城经济圈的新人、新事、新面貌；

8、“科技之新”展现科技世界新业态、新成果；

9、“创业之路”展现新时代大学生“双创”活力；

10、“他山之石”展现境外、省外其他优秀作品及上述内容之外的优秀作品。

影视网剧动漫综艺不拘一格

All types are welcomed

本次活动从选题到作品，征集范围广，不走寻常路。既可以是“精品网剧”，展示我省新时代伟大建设成就、展现巴蜀文化的优秀网络影视剧、网络纪录片等；也可以是“动漫时空”，弘扬社会主义核心价值观、传播中华优秀传统文化的优秀网络动漫、网络综艺等。

The collection of entries: "Fine streaming series": displays the construction and achievements of our province in the new era and the culture of Shu. "Animation Time": promotes the core values of socialism and spread the Chinese traditional culture, animation and comics, online shows, etc.

作品征集截止时间为2022年4月底，选题征集截止时间为2022年1月20日；鼓励全民创作，省内外有网络视听作品创作生产能力的机构、团队和个人均可报名参加本次活动；参评作品应为2021年3月至2022年4月期间创作或首播的原创网络视听作品，包括：短视频、网络剧、网络电影、网络动漫、网络纪录片、网络栏目、网络综艺、网络音频节目等。

The deadline for updating topic is the end of Jan 20th, 2022, and the deadline for updating works is the end of April, 2022.The competition is open to organizations, teams and individuals outside the province and aboard who have the capacity to create audiovisual works on the Internet. Entries should be original audiovisual works created or first broadcasted between March 2021 and April 2022, including short videos, streaming dramas, films, animations, documentaries, programmes, variety shows, audio programmes, etc.

活动将联合抖音、快手等平台，开展话题挑战赛；联动平台、MCN机构和网络达人开展宣推；并于2022年5月下旬第十届中国网络视听大会期间，举办优秀作品发布盛典。经专家评选后，公布重点扶持作品名单。入选的优秀作品将在各新媒体平台开设专区进行展播；优秀作品及优秀人才，将有向上推荐的机会。

The event will associate with new media platforms such as TikTok, Kwai channels to hold the topic challenge and conduct promotion activities with media platforms, MCN agencies and KOL.And in late May 2022, during the 10th China Internet Audio&Video Convention, the outstanding works release ceremony will be held. The list of expert’s pick  will be published after professional assessment.The selected outstanding works will be displayed in special zones on new media platforms, outstanding works and outstanding creators will have the opportunity to be recommended.

征集时间：Schedule

（1）作品征集：2022年4月底前

征集要求：Requirements

（1）主题鲜明，以现实题材为主，坚持守正创新，讲品位、讲格调、讲责任。The theme should be clear, with realistic themes as the main theme, adhering to the righteousness and innovation, representing taste, style and responsibility.

（2）参评作品应注明标题、拍摄地点、时间、作品描述等基本信息，应为2021年3月至2022年4月期间创作或首播。Entries should include basic information such as title, location, time and description of the work. And should be first shown between March 2021 and April 2022.

（3）参赛作品建议上传1080P（1920*1080）或更高分辨率的视频；时长不限；音频音量大小正常、清楚，无爆音、杂音等。Entries are recommended to be in 1080p (1920x1080) or higher resolution. The duration is not limited; audio volume should be normal and clear, with no pops, noises, etc.

（4）作品应保留拍摄原件，如因著作权等知识产权发生纠纷，无法提供保留原始EXIF信息等的原始文件进行证明，活动主办方有权取消作品获奖资格。Entries should be retained in their original form. In case of disputes over copyright and other intellectual property rights, the organiser of the event reserves the right to disqualify the work from the selection process if the artist is able to provide original documents that retain the original EXIF information, etc. for proof.

参评方法：Assessment

（1）作品征集：各单位或个人将作品音视频资料、《作品申报表》在截止时间前发送至各承办单位的网络平台；

（2）选题征集：各单位或个人将《选题申报表》在截止时间前发送至邮箱282261696@qq.com。
