泰国教师眼中的“中泰一家亲”到底指的是什么？| What exactly does "China and Thailand as One Family" mean?

泰国总理阿努廷于7月16日至20日应邀来华，出席2026世界人工智能大会暨人工智能全球治理高级别会议，并对中国进行正式访问。四川国际传播中心特邀成都大学外国语学院泰语系教师林青（JIRATCHAYA NAMWONG）撰文。十余年来，她从泰国来到四川，在学习、教学和研究中见证着中泰交流不断深入。作为中泰友好的参与者和见证者，她从教育、科研和语言交流的亲身经历出发，讲述自己眼中的“中泰一家亲”。全文如下：

此次是泰国总理阿努廷就任后的首次正式访华，彰显两国对深化中泰关系的高度共识。作为旅居四川十余年的泰籍教师，我心中倍感亲切——这远非一次寻常的外交行程，更像是久别亲友的再次相聚。恰如中国外交部所言，中泰本为“好邻居、好朋友、好亲戚、好伙伴”。这些年在四川生活工作的经历，让我对此有更深的体会。

The visit marks Prime Minister Anutin's first official trip to China since assuming office, highlighting the strong consensus between the two countries on deepening China-Thailand relations. As a Thai lecturer who has lived in Sichuan for more than a decade, I feel a deep sense of warmth and familiarity. This visit is far more than a routine diplomatic mission — it feels like a joyful reunion of long-separated family members and friends. Just as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China has stated, China and Thailand are "good neighbors, good friends, good relatives, and good partners." My life and work in Sichuan over the years have given me an even deeper appreciation of this special bond.

2012年，我从泰国来到中国求学。从西南大学的一名留学生，到如今成为成都大学外国语学院泰语系教师，十余年间，我亲历四川的发展变化，也见证了中泰合作从国家层面的战略共识，逐渐融入教育、人文交流和产业合作的方方面面。在我看来，教育始终是连接两国人民最温暖、最持久的桥梁。

In 2012, I left Thailand to pursue my studies in China. From an international student at Southwest University to my current position as a Thai language lecturer at the Department of Thai Language, College of Foreign Languages and Cultures, Chengdu University, I have personally witnessed Sichuan’s remarkable transformation over the past decade and more. I have also seen China-Thailand cooperation evolve from national-level strategic consensus to collaboration across education, cultural and people-to-people exchanges, and industrial sectors. I consider education to be the most enduring bridge connecting the peoples of our two countries.

作为教师，让我欣慰的，不只是学生掌握了多少语言知识，而是越来越多学生成长为促进中泰交流的青年使者。他们中，有人在高级别会议上担任同声传译，有人在泰国教授中文，也有人活跃于中泰经贸合作一线。从课堂上的发音训练，到一次次演讲稿的修改完善，我见证他们一步步走向更广阔的舞台，用泰语讲述中国故事，用汉语传递泰国文化。我越来越相信，青年正是连接中泰两国最柔软也最坚韧的纽带。

As a lecturer, what brings me the greatest joy is not merely the language proficiency my students achieve, but witnessing more and more of them grow into young envoys who actively promote China-Thailand exchanges. Some of them serve as simultaneous interpreters at high-level international conferences, some teach Chinese in Thailand, and others engage in economic and trade cooperation between China and Thailand. From classroom pronunciation practice to the meticulous revision of speech drafts, I have watched them gradually step onto larger stages — telling China's stories in Thai and sharing Thai culture in Chinese. These experiences make me even more convinced that the youth represent the most flexible yet the most resilient bond connecting the two nations.

除了教师身份，我还是教育部国别和区域研究备案中心——成都大学泰国研究中心（成都大学区域国别研究中心）的研究人员。我持续关注数字教育和中泰教育合作。上个月，我的英文专著《Curriculum Innovation in a Digital Age: Theory, Design, and Practice》被泰国教育部教育标准促进局正式采纳。书中聚焦人工智能（AI）时代的跨学科融合与教师数字素养，而这些研究正是在四川不断推进智慧教育发展的实践中逐渐形成的。与此同时，我还参与翻译团队，将中文著作《向南流的河》译为泰语，希望能让更多泰国读者通过文字了解中国。

In addition to my role as a lecturer, I also serve as a researcher at the Sichuan Provincial Research Institute of Thai Studies, a registered center for international and regional studies under China’s Ministry of Education. I have paid constant attention to digital education and China-Thailand educational cooperation. Last month, my English-language monograph "Curriculum Innovation in a Digital Age: Theory, Design, and Practice" was officially adopted by Thailand's Ministry of Education's Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment. The book explores interdisciplinary integration and teachers' digital literacy in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). These insights were shaped through my involvement in Sichuan's ongoing efforts to advance smart education. Additionally, I have participated in a project to translate the Chinese book "A River Flowing Southward" into Thai, with the hope that more Thai readers can gain a deeper understanding of China through literature.

我还担任四川省泰语水平考试中心（CUTFL）副主任。该中心落地成都大学外国语学院，由泰国顶尖学府朱拉隆功大学诗琳通泰语测试中心与成都大学共建，是中国西南地区重要的泰语能力测评平台，也是中泰两国在制度层面深度联结的成功，让我们看到“中泰一家亲”正不断向更深层次发展。

I also serve as Deputy Director of the Chulalongkorn University Proficiency Test of Thai as a Foreign Language (CUTFL). Situated at the College of Foreign Languages and Cultures, Chengdu University, the institution was jointly established by Chengdu University and the Sirindhorn Thai Language Institute, Chulalongkorn University (one of Thailand's leading institutions of learning). The CUTFL has become a key Thai language proficiency assessment platform in southwest China and stands as a successful model of deep institutional cooperation between China and Thailand. This achievement clearly illustrates how the concept of "China and Thailand are as close as one family" continues to deepen.

阿努廷总理此行访华的重要行程之一，是出席2026世界人工智能大会。近年来，泰国多次提出希望借鉴中国经验，建设泰国区域数字与人工智能枢纽。这样的发展方向，与我日常从事的教学、研究和国际交流工作高度契合，我感受到教育、语言与科技正不断汇聚成推动中泰交流的新力量。

Attending the 2026 World AI Conference is one of Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul’s major missions in China. In recent years, Thailand has repeatedly expressed its desire to learn from China's experience as it seeks to build a regional digital and artificial intelligence hub. This development direction resonates strongly with my daily work in teaching, research, and international exchange. I have felt that education, language, and technology are converging into a new driving force for China-Thailand cooperation.

近年来，越来越多泰国留学生来到成都攻读数字经济相关专业；中国在5G、云计算等领域的发展经验，也为泰国电子商务和数字支付提供了有益借鉴；成都大学积极参与中泰数字教育合作项目。我深切感到，中泰合作已经从传统的基础设施合作，逐步拓展到数字教育、人工智能、科技创新等新领域，携手迈向更加充满活力的下一个“中泰友谊金色50年”。

Recently, an increasing number of Thai students have come to Chengdu for the digital economy-related programs. China's development experience in areas such as 5G and cloud computing has also inspired Thailand's e-commerce and digital payment development. In addition, Chengdu University has been actively involved in China-Thailand digital education cooperation projects. Seeing these efforts, I deeply believe that China-Thailand cooperation has expanded from traditional infrastructure collaboration to new fields including digital education, artificial intelligence, and technological innovation. Together, we are advancing hand in hand toward an even more dynamic chapter of "the Golden Jubilee of China-Thailand Friendship."

阿努廷总理此次访华，让我更加期待中泰合作迎来新的发展机遇。作为一名扎根中国的泰国教师，无论是站在课堂上、投身学术研究，还是参与翻译工作、推动语言测评，我始终希望做好一名连接中泰两国的桥梁建设者。未来，我将继续用教育培养更多交流使者，用研究推动更多合作，用语言拉近两国人民的距离，让“中泰一家亲”的情谊在数字时代历久弥新，直抵未来。

Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul's visit to China has filled me with greater anticipation for fresh opportunities in China-Thailand cooperation. As a Thai lecturer who has settled in China for many years, I have always striven to be a dedicated bridge-builder between our two nations, whether in education, academic research, translation, or language testing. Looking ahead, I will continue to cultivate more young envoys of exchange through education, drive deeper cooperation through research, and bring the peoples of China and Thailand closer through language. In doing so, I wish to keep the concept of "China and Thailand are as close as one family" timeless in the digital age and carry our friendship into the future.
